In a secluded position at the head of Borough Valley with unrivalled views towards Lee Bay and on clear days you can even see the Welsh coast. The picturesque cove beach and pub at Lee Bay is a forty minute walk via a woodland path that runs through the valley. The South West Coast Path a few hundred yards further on is a great spot for walkers. The lambing season in March is when around 800 lambs are born in the barns only a few yards from the property. The family-friendly sandy beaches of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton are within easy reach providing excellent surfing Woolacombe beach is just 3 miles away. Other attractions include Arlington Court Combe Martin Wildlife Park Exmoor National Park and Barnstaple the regional town of North Devon are all a leisurely drive away. Arrival time 4pm. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: accessed via steep cottage style staircase 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom (suitable for children). Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge. Outside: enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ.
